A family business for years where customers values are their priority. There team are friendly, courteous and professional, and very knowledgeable in all flooring considerations. From Jean Yves in sales, to Tom and Scott for installation, the entire experience once again was exceptional in all ways. I was having some issues with my carpet and called Orléans Carpet for help. They immediately responded to my request setting up an appointment at my convenience. They assessed the issue, explained what needed to be done and set up an appointment to return. On repair day, they arrived on time, were professional, respectful and thorough. A few days later, they followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their work. From my first moment of contact to the last, they were great! I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
