I can’t say enough good things about this place! We were referred there from a friend who spoke highly of them. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel at ease. Our Bernedoodle puppy, Ryder, is very anxious about new things, and always full of energy. Many other groomers would not accept him as a client and called us to pick him up within 5 minutes. Completely Mutts took him in, and, also let me know that this is normal behaviour for him. He was scared. They managed to calm him down and successfully trimmed him. We’ve been taking our dog Joey here for a while now and they always do a great job. The staff are really pleasant. They manage to schedule us in even if it’s short notice, and Joey always comes out looking great!

This was our 4th time sending Nala to be groomed here, and we will never send her anywhere else. The staff are 10/10. The grooming is 10/10, she’s always so soft and smells great after. You can tell the staff treat all the animals well there, it’s a safe place to have your beloved pup be pampered.
We have unfortunately sent Nala somewhere else in the past and it was an unpleasant experience, so I am thankful to have found a place that I can trust with my fur baby.
