A few months ago We replaced several windows in our home plus a sliding patio door. Everything went well except our new patio door did not seal very well where the 2 sliding panels meet at the centre. We contacted Buildmart and Jordan Taylor assured me that he would get the manufacturer (Stage Window & Doors) to come and fix the problem. The first time they came they did not have the right materials to rectify the issue. They then came back to measure the patio doors and to make sure that when they returned they would have everything they needed to fix the problem. Third time's the charm, they returned with completely new frames for the patio door window glass. this time the frame was much beefier and more solid and when they were done there was no more leakage at the centre seal and the door was much more solid. Buildmart and their supplier (Stage Windows) went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied and happy with our new windows and especially our new Patio door which was a custom size so I am sure this was not a quick or easy fix for them. I would recommend Buildmart (and Stage) to anyone looking for new windows or doors for their home. They also helped us get the green homes rebate so we saved a bunch of money on our new windows and they had the best pricing compared to about 4 or 5 other companies and we are amazed at the quality of these new windows. Give them a try. If the way they treated us is their normal standard of care then I would be surprised to hear of them ever having unhappy customers! I will never shop around for windows ever again!
