Horrible costumer services . The employees on the desk are useless and play with the cell and chat instead of help us to pickup an order that we bought online. Someone try to help but told me that was nobody to go out and help me unload a large box printer . Finally another person come and help me .

Stopped by Best Buy Kanata on Sunday, May 31. I had a few questions about a product and found it surprisingly difficult to find anyone available to help. When I finally found some associates, they were standing around chatting and looking at their phones instead of helping customers.
I understand everyone has downtime, but it was frustrating having to find someone for assistance and then feeling like helping customers wasn't a priority. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and wasn't what I expected.
