THEA NAIL SALON

On the day of my appointment, I brought my mother along so we could spend some quality time together, and I needed to bring my baby too. As soon as I arrived at the salon, I was greeted with so much care and affection towards my baby that I was impressed! During the appointment, I had an unforeseen event and had to leave before we finished, but even so, the girls were super understanding and managed to reschedule me for the next day. I can only thank them for their welcoming atmosphere and kindness. After we become mothers, life becomes a constant improvisation, and being supported in these moments is very important. Thank you!

Today was my first time at this place very friendly people super clean I was very happy did a great job I had manicure and shellac done …Josie

Went to Tracy’s on two separate occasions and was disappointed.

First visit wanted bio gel nails the lady had cut me multiple times.
I figured since my work involves using my hands a lot that they were just dry and cracked etc.

After that visit I went again to get them refilled.
The prior nails the ones I got refilled some were dangling barely on the lady had to remove some the one nail she removed she had cut a chunk of my real nail in half along the side it was very red and sore.
She cleaned the area up and placed a false nail back onto it.
The next day my finger was so sore I had to remove the artificial nail myself.

Couple weeks went by and I had went to another nail salon to get the rest of the nails removed and a new set place on.
When removing them on the one nail my fingernail had what is known as a “greenie”.
So now I have to heal my nail that has the fungus all because of improper application etc.
Do not go here would not recommend!!!!

NY knows how to make your nails look natural...not thick and fake looking. Staff is friendly and professional. Place has a nice ambiance and is very clean.

Soon as you walk in there is always someone that greets you. I came with my husband, it was our second time for a pedicure. My husband never wanted to enter the spa places until he came to Tracy’s. The staff were very professional, there are many nail colours to choose from and most importantly the environment is welcoming and clean. We are already planning to go back.

Great service, friendly staff, comfy massage chairs, clean, and so many nail polish options. We will be back for sure. Great place for kids mani/pedis too!

I came in an hour before closing to do a full set and pedicure. It was my first time at this location and the two young ladies were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely go back and recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The organization of the nail colours made it easy to choose exactly what I wanted. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated how they checked in on me throughout the service and even used my name—it was such a courteous and personable touch. Overall, very professional and attentive service. Highly recommend!
