“I saw a 1 star review on here from someone who felt shamed about not having their dog groomed previously. My experience is the exact opposite. I brought my 11 yr shepherd in for her first ever grooming experience and was so nervous for her and the staff. They were very reassuring and they did a great job for a reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend.
Maybe whoever brought their one year old dog for a first time groom didn’t realize how stressful this is when a dog isn’t trained to accept this type of handling. I work with animals daily so I know that what I was asking of Country Dog House was a big task and they handled it beautifully and professionally.“

Cuda requires a little special attention, as he’s not great with other dogs or cats, so they are very careful to ensure he is cared for with no problems at all and lots of love☺️❤️. “I'm writing this as a late review, 10.5 years later. We bought our Morkie dog Quinn from Angie when her business was Purdy Puppies. Although we were happy and excited 10.5 years ago, we are ecstatic over how healthy our little 10.5 year old Quinn is. This just goes to show the care that's put into choosing who the father and mother will be when breeding dogs of the highest quality. Quinn is happy, she is healthy, her eyes are great, perfect appetite, she stays active and is extremely playful even at her age now!! We got another Morkie, Toby( not from Angie) to get Quinn a companion and even though he's perfect as well, Quinn has been more playful than him and he's only 7 and she's 10.5! And she's such a good girl! She is so smart and quick to respond to commands. She was able to learn how to roll over within a few hours. If she was still breeding Morkies I would definitely return. The price for a havanese is too much, although I get why they're priced that way. But I just wanted to let everyone know that there's effort that goes into the selection of the parents to breed such perfect HEALTHY dogs and they hit it out of the park with Quinn and we love her so much.“
