My Mabel went there for the first time today and she looks absolutely beautiful and they were very patient with her for she has separation anxiety and gets very sensitive with her paws being touched. I loved how they looked after her and how she looks
Top notch service. Very knowledgeable. Very compassionate if you have a difficult dog, the owner Lynn, at the Barrie location, works with you to make sure your dog is comfortable and ends up enjoying the visit. My dog is so happy for the return visits. The salon is always spotless.. They are on time and very friendly. I recommend this place to everyone. Oh, and… the dogs come out of there looking good, feeling great and smelling amazing for days on end. I don’t go often, maybe every 2 months, but it is the only place I’ve taken my dogs for the past 3 years.
I booked with Johnathan after seeing the positive reviews for his doodle grooms. I arrived for the appointment at the same time as another customer and was told that my dog was with Claudia. I said that I'd booked with him and he kinda just shrugged, said he had someone else. I was not happy at all as I could have come in days earlier but I'd waited for my dog to see Johnathan. I was a bit unsure but I showed Claudia the inspo pictures and she did a great job. There are a few spots that are patchy and needed more fading, his cheeks are choppy but otherwise I'm satisfied. Before and after! Excuse his face, he doesn't like having his photo taken. 😂
