They were so pleasant to deal with, took care of everything as if it were their own home. This is the second time we’ve used them. They were excellent at both homes we’ve owned. I recently had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed in my Stouffville home by Glacier Clear Water, and I couldn't be more impressed. The team arrived on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to walk me through the complete setup so I fully understood everything. They finished ahead of schedule and left the space spotless, you'd never know they were there! The quality of the units installed is outstanding, and the whole experience from start to finish was seamless. I am extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for water treatment solutions.

I was referred to Glacier Clear by a colleague here in Calgary, and I’m really glad I followed through. I’ve actually been thinking about getting a water softener for years but kept putting it off.
From the start, Paul was easy to deal with—no pressure, just straightforward information and clear explanations. His pricing was also very competitive, which made the decision a lot easier.
We ended up purchasing a water softener, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The results have been great so far, you can definitely notice the difference in the water quality, and it’s been a worthwhile upgrade for our home.
