It was an absolutely smooth experience with Paul and team. Later I faced some issues with my furnace and the builder left me out to dry and gave me a hard time when I asked them to fix the issue. That is when Paul and Naveed stepped up and helped me ( as they always promised) by going out of the way to identify the issue with my furnace and fixing it.

We have had our Glacier Clear Water Softener since 1998. It still performs as good as it did on day one. We recently had it serviced and as usual Paul and his staff were prompt, courteous and professional while in our home. The service was completed in a timely manner and they arrived when they said they would. We love our Glacier Clear Water Softener and the water it provides.
