Decent hair cut but the way this location is run baffles me. I had made appointments for my sons and I to get haircuts because I didn't want to have to wait around if its busy. We get there 5 mins before our scheduled appointment and at our appointment time they call up someone else. This location has a tv that displays the order of who's next. My boys were next up on the screen but the hairstylists called back 2 walk ins before having them come back. I asked what was the point of booking an appointment and didn't get an answer. They have big signs on the walls and mirrors that say skip the line book your appointment online but that isnt the way they run things at all. They did the exact same thing to someone else that was booked in. They had been waiting 20 mins past their booked appointment time and again they brought a walk in back before the scheduled appointment. It seems as long as you take a seat as a walk in they will get you in even before scheduled appointments.
