Great experience from beginning to end. Tom, whom i met in the show room, attended on site several times prior to recommending appropriate fireplace choices and meticulously measured and remeasured to ensure an optimal outcome. Patient, informed and friendly he was a pleasure to deal with. The crew, Joe and Jesse, who installed the fireplace unit, which was a challenging installation, were superb craftsmen who demonstrated a deep devotion to their craft and did a wonderful job!

I really wish this was going to be a good review, I gave the company every opportunity. I will be as unbiased as possible, Starting in July I inquired with multiple companies for a heat pump through research I liked the Heat pump from Gary at Fireplace king. Fireplace king came to my house inspected everything and gave me a quote with assurances that firstly it will be about a three week process and even though its a pain in the butt, the rebate will come through and we can start the installation process.
