Shannon has been incredible to work with and spent time with me sitting on the floor in the carpet showroom explaining the differences in the wool carpets I was considering. She is friendly and communicates frequently by phone and email to keep me updated on my order and the install process. Very professional and honest customer service. Highly recommend!

I came and measured my house to accurate measurements and was able to give me a firm quote it's usually three or four weeks before they can install have lots and lots of selection good quality

Great service at the store. Very helpful, knowledgeable, available and flexible. They were not looking for the quick sale, but rather took their time and presented options to help us pick the correct flooring. The install took less time than quoted and was excellent work.
