I came into the shop to have my breaks checked and was treated with kindness and honesty. Instead of telling me I had to replace my brakes. I was shown that my brakes just needed maintenance and a little elbow grease to get me back on the road. They worked on my car quickly and were finished within an hour. I am appreciative of how quickly the work was done and how fairly priced.
Would like to thank the mechanic for being honest and taking the time to look over my vehicle and share his opinion with me making me feel confident and reasuraded at this time there will be no more problems. I would highly recommend Napa for any automotive inquiries.
They did the things that needed to be done and not the ones that didn't need fixing just yet. They told me what to watch for next. I will be going back there again when the time comes.
