This is the 2nd time I got a loan from Fairstone, The lady that was looking after me is Just absolutely wonderful and amazing and very Patience with me cuz I'm hearing impaired with an implant to hear with and she is very friendly. She helped me out all the way. This Remind me the old days when people help people very friendly and very helpful. Could not understand her name cuz it's very hrad to hear o n a phone cuz of my implant but just Amazing And wonderfulI would definitely recommend anyoneTo go to the one in Huntsville that Very good company To deal with. Thank you all!!

Sometimes we need help from other Financial Services. We have in the past worked with Amanda Murray, who is terrific. She always makes us feel special. My husband and I just recently worked with Andrea Finn. These two ladies have great customer service. We have lots of (professional conversations) fun the couple times we needed help. Andrea is very professional, explains things thoroughly and is the most helpful person. In the past, we used to say we would only deal with Amanda, however, Andrea has got the gift of customer service just like her co-worker Amanda! Awesome job ladies!!! Give yourselves a pat!
