I had the bad luck of my vehicle, breaking down and overheating on the highway moments before the exit to this Ford dealership.
I drove in to the service department, desperate for assistance and panicked that I may not be able to continue my journey. My journey included a 4500 km track to Vancouver that had just started.
The team at Ford took care of me every step of the way and made me feel like everything was going to be perfectly fine and they were extremely attentive and kept me up-to-date of the situation.

This is by far the best dealership we have dealt with. We knew what, we wanted going in and we met with our salesman and there was no pressure at all. He listened to us and that's what we got. Amazing service. No wonder it has been here for so long.
