Needed a small fix on my outdoor tap and used Black Forest Plumbing for the first time. Todd was on time, professional and polite and explained everything clearly. Checked everything was in good working order before he left. Price was reasonable. Good company, I would highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used “Black Forest”. Once for an Electrical issue and most recently a Plumbing problem. In both cases the service was remarkable! The latest plumbing issue addressed by “Darren” was quickly assessed and fixed without any issues, snags or late surprises. Darren gave me an estimate before beginning that was very fair and then proceeded with the job immediately. He was extremely efficient (always double checking his work) and surprisingly very clean and tidy while working, making sure he didn’t cause excessive messiness. JP from Black Forest and his teammate came out to help us with our kitchen renovation. They did an exceptional job removing the existing gas pipe, installing a new vent for the new range hood, and installing the range hood itself. We are very happy with the results, quality and professionalism. We highly recommend JP and Black Forest Plumbing!!!
