After his visit and inspection of our house, he did send us a quote and drawings within 2 days.Long story short - James and his team did a fantastic job and now our daughter is in the process of building a house with them.We can't describe how appreciative we are to the entire team at Cottage Crafters, thank you for all your amazing work!What else can we say than just: thank you James!

Wright hardwood floors refinished my lower floor hickory hardwood while we were away on vacation this past February. Sheldon was extremely professional in all dealings with myself and my wife. He did an excellent job in the refinishing process and what impressed most was his clean up afterwards. We hardly knew he was there. Wright has refinished other floors for us in past and has maintained it’s quality of service.
On the way to Tobermory with our toddler and dog, our car started to make a lot of noise. Pulled into Hepworth and found RT. They were able to take the car right away and found our exhaust had cracked. Half an hour and $50 later, we were back on the road! Cannot recommend them enough!
