We happened to be on vacation 5 hours from home when we encountered brake issues with our truck. So we called our mechanic back home and he found RT and Sons through their association with Technet. They made time for us in their busy day and stayed late to get our brakes fixed.
Theresa gave us a ride back to our campground while the repairs were done so we could still enjoy our vacation
The shop looked progressive and professional. They did only what was needed and charged a very reasonable price. At times like this you are at the mechanic’s mercy, RT is a credit to their trade
All the way around, a “Class Act” And of course they are dog people so that makes it even better!

Exceptional service. Found myself in a tough spot with a broken coolant hose clamp while camping in the area. It was a Friday afternoon when I called, and they said they could take a look at it. Matt was able to fix it in the parking lot and have me on my way in less than an hour. Very friendly service and they went above and beyond as they were very busy at the time. Seeing and hearing the people coming and going, it was easy to tell this is a great repair shop. Thank you very much!!
