John and his team would receive 10 stars if that was offered as a choice. It was a hideous job that he undertook. And he was always on time, diplomatic, courteous and completely efficient. He got our family through a very difficult timeand we deeply appreciate all his effort.
Amazing Deep Cleaning Team! If there were 10 stars, that would be my rating for Omega. The crew that included John, Jeff and Chris, provided knowledgeable, professional and personal service, cleaning a contaminated home from top to bottom, including treatments to sanitize and deodorize. They attended to every detail and moved through their work quickly and calmly. We found them to be proactive, consultative and friendly from start to finish. We were extremely satisfied with the options offered to us as the job progressed and then they followed through with expertise and friendly smiles. We highly recommend this stellar team of professionals. You won’t be disappointed.
