I have been dealing with Jason for many years. He is very honest man with great expertise. Very reasonable rates. This time Riverside send another man - Shawn. I was very satisfied with his job too.I strongly reccomed Riverside. Previously, I had another plumber to change my blue tank. Alex Newman - Small Town Plumbing. Never hire this man. He spent whole day to change blue tank and few fittings charging me $1300 dollars! I felt I was robbed. Never again!

We woke up NYE with no water. They promptly returned my call and we did a bunch of live troubleshooting on our well system and were able to diagnose (pipes not frozen..just had lost its prime) and walked me through the fix on the call.
Saved the day. Thank you!

Jason came to help me on Thanksgiving weekend after my well pump stopped working on Friday at 5:00 pm. I was paying a weekend rate, which was discussed beforehand, and I'm very happy with the service. He offered to come during the week at a lower rate, but I requested the work to be done asap. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and replaced the pump.
I also called him after he left, concerning a mistake I was making. He took my phone call without issue and diagnosed that problem over the phone and he was exactly right.
