Les services offert par ses avocats sont inadéquats. Je me suis senti comme un numéro. Je les trouve vraiment bête. J'ai essayé concillier et trouver une solution avec mon propriétaire mais cet avocat me poussait à ne pas trouver d'ententes, même qu'ils prenaient des décisions sans mon consentement. Ces avocats m'ont meme conseiller de cesser de payer mon loyer. Je trouve que mon problème avec mon propriétaire à la Commission de la location immobilière aurait pu être réglé beaucoup plus rapidement sans les interventions des avocat de la CJPR. Ce sont des services gratuits par la province, j'aurais apprécié plus d'empathie et de communications.

maître Fafard et maître Daignault vont mettre un lien sur votre propriété et dépenser toute l'argent de Legal aid. ne pas faire confiance. ils ne sont pas là pour aider leur client mais plutôt se remplir les poches.

Very easy for this institution to win their cases in Hawkesbury on. when the only thing they do is adjourn their cases and waste the the time and money of the landlord lying and putting their clients to lie too with the help of the ODSP members. Is that corruption? Maybe not.

He called me back in the morning at 10 a.m. and my friend explained the laws on housing that I have the right to increase the rent legally and if he does not have the right to demand the legitimacy of their rent increase.

they always gave me good service. but since the Covid-19 it's like everybody doesn't know there job anymore. It's not just them it's all places. They blame everything on that passed situation. but the service they gave me before was impeccable .
