Both the receptionist and the nurse taking my blood were very friendly and professional at all times. I could sense that they were very busy as the waiting room was full, yet they kept their composure during this busy time.

The people there are very kind. Today I thought I had booked an appointment but I didn't make sure I finished the process. The receptionist took the time to explain what happened to ensure I get it right next time. Then I was able to go in and get my blood work right away!

I was late and hadn’t printed my req. They still treated me kindly and got me sorted out. Then the technician, Charles, made me feel so comfortable when I am squeamish about blood work. Thank you folks!
