Exceptional hands-on care. Laura uses manual techniques rather than relying on machines for most treatments, which makes the experience feel far more personalized. She spends at least 45 minutes with you and is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate.

I had injured my foot badly about 7 weeks ago and was looking into a good physiotherapist.
When I was checking out Google, I noticed Hanover Physiotherapy and the team looked real good.
I contacted them and they squeezed me in the next day. They advised me I’d be seeing Sarah.
Sarah is amazing, so knowledgeable and in only 2 visits plus some exercises at home my foot feels 50% better.
I’d highly recommend them.

This physiotherapy centre is one of the absolute finest in every way. Sports injuries, joint surgery rehabilitation to just keep you moving scenarios they offer exceptionally good care. New modalities used and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff round it out. I have used their services several times and have always been grateful for their guidance.
