Very polite workers woud'nt ask for anything better great service. Ask me if I had any question and let them go ahead and do there work didn't stop all day. Great work guys and thanks for my newe A/C. Love it. Can't wait to use it this summer. I would recommend these guys or this company too anybody.
We are very pleased with the purchase and install of our new water tank. From the initial phone call, to booking a date, to installation. The Technicians were professional and very friendly. Would definitely recommend Cross Heatibg & Air Conditioning.
Excellent service! Highly recommend! After coming home to a cold house, we determined it was something that required service so I called Cross after reading recommendations in a local Facebook group. I spoke to their after hours staff who were very kind and assured me someone would get in touch with me today. Melissa called me before 8:30 am today and their technician was at our house 90 minutes later. He fixed everything for us and they were very competitively priced. They will be our go-to from now on. We will also be signing up for their Cross Advantage program which will definitely save us money going forward.
