Went for my first float tonight. Didn’t know what to expect. It was an interesting experience but I feel loose and relaxed. Bought more sessions because I really need to try this again. I can see the appeal and benefits for sure! Staff was amazing and facilities were spotless!
Went for my first float tonight. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very clean environment. Everything you need is supplied - ear plugs, towel, water shoes, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. Very relaxing experience. I look forward to my next float and I’m looking forward to trying the meditation and the breathing class! Eleanor
