Shaun and his team were amazing. I called him frantic after finding a significant hole in my roof right before a big storm and he had sent tony out to fix it a few hours later, before the storm came in. They were honest and professional and saved me from a much worse situation. I will use them again and I highly recommend them!! If you need a roof done, these are the guys! Thanks again Shaun!!!
Can't recommend Urban Roofing highly enough. From my very first call with Shaun for the quote, the experience was top-notch. A few weeks before our scheduled reshingle, a section of shingles blew off our roof and Urban Roofing came out immediately and patched it free of charge so we didn't end up with water coming into the house — that kind of service is rare these days.
The 4-man crew that handled the actual job were fantastic. Professional, friendly, and kept us in the loop the whole time. They knocked out the entire reshingle in 2 days and the cleanup afterward was excellent — you'd never know they had been there.
