Was told to come in before 12:30 to get an examination. Drove all the way there just to see the door was locked. I called them and they said the doctor left at 12 because it wasn’t busy…. After they already knew I was coming. Extremely inconvenient that I went all the way there for nothing. Especially with the prices of gas. Just really unprofessional. Not to mention, seeing their replies to all the negative comments also seems very unprofessional. A business shouldn’t argue and debate every bad review, they should read it and learn from it.

Front desk staff member would benefit from additional training and a refresher in customer service skills. There are more professional and respectful ways to inform a patient that she is unable to complete a task without yelling at the patient.
Patients are often already under stress when they arrive, and interactions at the front desk set the tone for their entire visit. In this situation, the matter escalated unnecessarily until the doctor stepped in to assist. Additionally, laughing or chuckling while a patient is visibly distressed can be perceived as dismissive and unprofessional. Providing further training in communication, empathy, and conflict resolution would help ensure a more positive and supportive experience for patients.

I was referred here and there's a sign on the door stating closed until further notice. To the operator response to my rating and review, my review has everything to do with the business; maybe not to the service received because, well there wasn't any, but because of the lack of communication to the public. Not everyone is from the immediate area. Not everyone would know that the business is closed due to a fire when the pharmacy that shares a doorway is open for business. What I said before is what I stand with; the closure needs to be communicated on the net. If you can search this business on Google maps, then the owner operator should be posting the status and not leaving the client to discover on their own.

I went to this clinic on Wednesday Dec 24/25 in the early morning. I must of got there just at the right time as I was taken to a room right and the doctor came in right away. He knew what the issue was right away and prescribed an antibiotic. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The receptionist was great very busy but friendly and doctor was very nice as well. Thank you !!

Do not come here no matter what. I waited an hour in line for a doctors note and instead of telling me at the reception desk that a doctors requires specific requirements my time gets wasted. Female Doctor was rude and told me she wouldn’t give me a note even though I’ve been here before and gotten a note. Pathetic excuse of a clinic, save yourself the trouble and find a clinic worth the time.
