Spurr installed a humidifier the day after I called. It was in a cold snap and my new engineered wood flooring was shrinking and twisting. They patiently answered my questions when I called and the installer patiently answered more questions and walked me through the controls and changing the pad. They are easy to do business with!
Contacted them re a furnace service issue and they scheduled an appointment for same day. The technician Mike was very curtious, thorough and professional. The service was completed in a timely manner and the price was fair and very reasonable. We were totally satisfied with the service. Also, last year they installed a new AC unit and did a great job.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spurr Heating & AC to handle all your HVAC needs.
I contacted Spurr about a potential gas leak and they we're able to come the same day to diagnosis and fix the problem. I can't say any more great things about the professionalism, the knowledge, the urgency and my overall satisfaction with this business.
