Clients appreciate the knowledgeable stylist, Claudette, who is very professional and friendly and takes pride in her work, providing a relaxing experience. She is super knowledgeable, especially for black hair care, and always recommends the best treatments. She really knows her stuff and does a great job every time, whether it be a new colour, a new cut and style, or colouring hair so it looks natural and without any damage. She works with clients to achieve exactly what they want, showing how much she cares not just about her craft, but her customers as well. Many have found their hair maintenance needs met, especially for locs, and are eager to return despite slightly higher prices, recognizing the value in the quality service provided.
Claudette did an amazing job on my daughter's hair for her graduation. She did a silk press and even with the rain. Absolutely great. Lasted a few weeks. We will definitely book another appt.
