Cindy answered my call. Main point, her empathy and knowledge of plumbing. I hope she continues running that office well past her retirement. Thank you Cindy. You where very helpful to me. I am an older Lady living alone . I highly recommend Roto Rooter Hamilton.
Total respect for Tim who dedicated his time to completing the job even though we were his last call of the night, even though there was mess to clean up. We can’t thank you enough for the job well done.
We have had Brock to our home 2x in the last month for different issues. Super nice guy, friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies at the office (Tasha and Cindy) are also helpful and kind. Overall, it has been a very nice experience and they have been fair and honest.
