I am so happy I found this grooming salon! I recently moved to Hamilton and it felt like no groomers did cat grooming but I am so incredibly thankful that I found this place! Not only was the booking process so easy, from the very first phone call I felt very taken care of and all my questions answered. They were so accommodating with finding an appointment that fit my schedule. Then when I came to the salon, my Persian cat immediately felt the love and got lots of cuddles, which not only calmed him down but helped me feel so comfortable right away. We have a very anxious cat and taking her to the vet for nail trimming is an ordeal for all of us! This service is so much better. They are friendly reasonable, and so fast. A great solution.
