Really great experience at Putneys! We spoke with John about our vehicle and he was friendly and straight forward with us about what they were doing and the plan moving forward. Their communication was also great, they call with updates when they say they’re going to call with updates which I always really appreciate that. Arranging pick up was also super easy and they were flexible which we didn’t require, but was kind of them to offer. Overall great experience! Thanks John and team!
Putneys was recommended to me by my son for an alignment on my truck. I also knew I had a bad tire but I wasn't sure what all was wrong with my truck as there was also bounce/vibration. They investigated, found a belt shifted in the tire. They went above and beyond expectations to help me get tires at a decent price and an alignment done all in one day. The friendly down to earth atmosphere and hospitality (coffee, tea, pop, snacks, etc) was also more than I've ever been offered at other shops. What can I say, I love this place!! Definitely coming back!!
