There are many things to say about Chestnut Avenue Auto. All of which are positive. I could say those I spoke to communicated well, that they were timely with service, attentive to my requests, transparent with cost and options, neighbourly, kind, provided excellent work, and so on. But I think there are two things which make any mechanic standout: first, I had a problem with my vehicle, one which was a safety issue, and it is fixed well. More importantly, I know why it was fixed, how it was fixed, I knew my options beforehand, when it would be fixed by, and knew before it was fixed how much it would cost me.
