I had my first ever hair bleaching experience at Pure NV Salon and Spa and it was honestly amazing from start to finish. The salon itself is beautiful, spacious, and has such a great vibe the moment you walk in. The staff were all so welcoming, friendly, and professional which made the whole experience super comfortable. I’ve had a few services done with AJ — starting with a Swedish massage and later a facial. I absolutely love this lady! She has the gentlest hands and gives her full attention to every detail, making the whole experience incredibly relaxing.
I actually found out about this salon in an unexpected way — through my banker at RBC. I noticed her stylish bangs, half blonde with some beautiful highlights and lowlights, and asked where she got them done. That’s how I discovered this place. I cannot recommend Ashley at Pure NV Salon enough! I’ve seen her for lymphatic drainage, foot reflexology, and facial massages, and she is incredibly knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is how she explains every step of the process as she goes; I walked out not just relaxed, but actually understanding the benefits of the treatment.
