Horrible communication and service. Natasha did not listen to my soon-to be wife's feedback on the look she was trying to achieve. They also did not book a trial until within 2 months of our wedding, and we immediately messaged the day after the trial session to cancel or get another makeup artist. Even on cancellation we tried to be professional and offer to pay for the time and services of the trial, we also asked to continue to do the MOH and Bridal team's makeup and my wife would get another artist for herself. As soon as any of this was brought up, wed did not get responses to any inquiries or discussions, besides the blanket document about no-refunds on deposits attached to the email. They refused to respond to any of our emails. We tried to inquire about using another artist from the studio and sent 4 emails within a span of two weeks with no reply. Absolutely horrible professionalism from this company with no regard to the customer. We tried to give many options which could've worked out for both parties, but got met with the absolute worst professionalism I've ever experienced. Horrible. 0/5 stars if I could.

Most amazing was so happy with my hair and make up for my sister’s wedding shower. It turned out just how I wanted to so natural and beautiful. I definitely will be coming back to Natasha.❤️❤️❤️

I hired this company for my wedding hair and makeup October 7th 2023. myself and 2 other girls were very pleased with both results! Arrived on time n worked within the schedule givin! I would recommend them to a friend forsure!!

Natasha is absolutely amazing!! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and wedding party. We all looked wonderful. She a truly a talent profession. I recommend her to anyone.

There should be an option for 0 stars. This company has and still is causing me a mountain of anxiety. Attached are photos of what I wanted and what I got. I’d also like to note my wedding has now passed and I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted from a different artist with NO extensions. I booked this business for my wedding back in February 2023. I don’t live in Ontario so I had to wait for my hair and makeup trial. I paid $650 as a deposit, but never signed any contract. I was finally able to visit Ontario and have my trial in April 2022. It was a disaster. Natasha was rude and impatient. She made me feel very self conscious. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I know that I probably wouldn’t not get exactly what was in the picture and I was ok with this. I have thinner hair. Natasha didn’t even try. She lectured me repeatedly on how she couldn’t do it without hair extensions. I told her multiple times I didn’t want them and that if we could get it close I’d be happy. My hair ended up looking like a dinner role. Natasha told me she could do better on my wedding day if I got extensions. Again, I didn’t want them. My makeup was nothing like I wanted either. It was harsh and not blended properly. I expressed that I didn’t want foundation as my skin is sensitive. She said we could do airbrush and I agreed. After the trial was done she added that she “forgot” they charge extra for airbrush. I paid her and left. I looked back in the pictures for a few days and asked for opinions from others. I felt so upset. I did reach out to them about a week later. I had other vendor appointments and then had to fly back to my province. I explain I was unhappy with the result and the way I was treated. I asked for my deposit back and said Natasha could keep the trial money for her time and materials. I got no response for a few weeks. They finally replied and said they don’t offer deposits and told me I should have booked with another artist. I could do this as I didn’t have time and was frankly completely turned off from using them. I waited another few weeks with no reply. When I finally got one they acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about. They said they were talking to their lawyer?! I again replied with my concerns, asked for my $650 back and said I seek legal action on my own if I didn’t receive my money by June 24. I haven’t heard from them since MAY 11!!!! These people are a nightmare. Avoid them at all costs. I’ve decided to seek legal assistance on this matter. Ladies never pay anyone without doing your trial first.

Natasha was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding day. She did even better than the inspo pictures I showed her, I received compliments all day long on my hair and makeup. She was kind, patient and really made you feel like more than a client. She was helpful in any way she could be and made my wedding morning feel so calm and enjoyable thanks to her. I would recommend anyone to use promakeupbynatasha. Not only will you look and feel beautiful, but you will be taken care of and enjoy the company of the amazing Natasha. She worked her magic and transformed each and every one of us!
