I had a concern about asbestos in a house I recently bought. I spoke to Norine at Power Vac, and she was extremely helpful. It was clear that she had vast knowledge, and shared it freely.
I will definitely be adding Power Vac Hamilton to the list of companies I recommend to any family or friends that need asbestos or mold mitigation.
We recently purchased our first home, an older home, which is common in Hamilton. Part of the challenges of owning a mid century home, is that there was often building materials used back then, that are considered hazardous to human health nowadays when improperly managed. These materials are anxiety inducing if you don’t understand them. Since my spouse and I are planning projects around the house, we’ve taken the responsible step of having laboratory analysis done, and the professionals from PowerVac to determine what level of care is required for the future renovation or maintenance of our home.
