Emil was awesome! Professionalism and punctuality were great. The issue with the dryer was explained in detail and once the part was received, Emil returned and fixed it quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use Pegasus again if/when needed.
Pegasus Appliance Repair has been wonderful every time we have needed urgent repairs. They are professional and always have a positive response in repairing and also explaining what went wrong with the appliance. Michael was our most recent technician who fixed a complex and very technical washing machine issue quickly and walked us through getting it up and running again :) Thank you Pegasus!
