I had an old door with a broken mortise lock so the door wouldn't open. Bill came and did a great job showing us what the problem was and replaced the lock. Was friendly, fast and cleaned up afterwards. Nice having a working door again. Great service.

5 stars !!! excellent customer service on the phone as well as on location. As a business, we experienced an issue with our front door being broken and customers not being able to enter the store. We had service tech here within the hour. Nathan replaced the door handle itself and the mag lock. Great service ! Definately would recomment Ottawa Lock and Key for anything further

Recently locked out of my house I contacted Ottawa Key Shop. They responded quickly as promised and opened my door. The rep was polite and very kind. The one outstanding question I really appreciated was they asked for ID proving this was my residence. I highly recommend this business!! Buy LOCAL and buy Canadian!!!!
