Response times through MacHub can be slow, and it is often difficult to reach staff by phone. Improving communication channels and offering additional contact methods would enhance the overall customer experience.

No phone number? No email? How am I supposed to get in touch with them?? This is so frustrating. What if students don’t live in ontario and only travel here to attend the university? How are they supposed to travel hours just to go to the in-person office to ask just a quick question/inquiry? I’d give it 0 stars if that was possible.

Horrible waste of time going through either MAC HUB or the ChatBot. It has been weeks since I first asked for help and they are still not responding to my inquiry.

Is this what the tax payers pay for??
