I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted and explained it very well too, she still messed it up. My hair is uneven on all sides. How can you say you’re a stylist of 20 years and not cut evenly. Really disappointed. Will never go back. The customer service was great, but they don’t know how to cut hair. unfortunately good service can’t fix my bangs!

Best experience of my life! I'm usually scared of haircuts but Roberto did amazing, almost felt bad how long it took. You can tell he really loves his job ? first time yesterday and probably a customer for life now! First time getting balayage also.
