From the start of the funeral planning to the aftercare services offered to the family, they are top notch professionals. Megan, the funeral director we worked with both times, was professional, and also empathetic and caring. We were confident our loved one was being treated with the utmost care. My mom recently passed but fortunately preplanned her funeral many years ago when she lived in the city. However, years later she moved to my area, four hours away. When she passed Markey-Dermody made arrangements to bring her to the city she would be laid to rest in. They were very professional and thoughtful.
Dealing with them long distance was really easy and stress free, thankful for today's technology and the professionalism. Cassandra was wonderful to deal with.
