The staff are really friendly, and I booked a haircut appointment for my husband. I was quite happy with the result. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the difficulty I had reaching them by phone. I called several times, but no one answered, and I was asked to leave a message for a callback, which never happened. In the end, I had to go to the salon in person to book the appointment.

Today I came in to get a hair cut. The front desk was very accommodating and was able to take my walk-in within the hour. My stylist Silvana did a wonderful job. She was so kind to me. She washed, cut and blow dried my hair. Her work came out so much better than the reference picture I gave her. This was my first time at the salon, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

After years of really bad haircuts, I tried Maison Fritz on Main, and I could not be more happy. My stylist was Silvana and she was very understanding of my apprehension and understood what I wanted. She did an amazing job. I am thrilled. Thank you Silvana!
