I have been a client at Levels for the last year and am always very happy with the experience. Catherine always listens closely to what I'm looking for, asks the right questions and ultimately, does a fantastic job with every one of my haircuts. She is a lovely, warm and funny person to spend the appointment with and I always appreciate her demeanor as well as her work. The salon always has a relaxing energy to it and everyone feels welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Levels to anyone looking for a high-quality haircut and an all-around lovely experience.

Best salon in town! I have been getting my hair done by Sargon for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else. He is a hair genius and never disappoints. The ambience in the salon is amazing and the entire team is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! 10/10

Nice salon, good atmosphere. First time customer for a hair cut. My appointment was with Catherine, fantastic from the start to finish with her. I got the cut I was looking for and it looks fantastic. 5/5 for my appointment with Catherine, I will return ! The reason the 4 star is because I was asked for a credit card to book my first appointment. While i understand it is unfortunate to have canceled appointments its not very comfortable to give out credit card information. Have some faith in your new customers, you may be surprised !
