I’ve never experienced better customer service! Seriously…George was super kind, knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the whole process…. what was going to happen prior to the install. George and his apprentice did it in great time as well. After the install…Even with an issue that I was troubleshooting without him having to come back… he did on his own accord as he really wanted to troubleshoot my issue. He fixed it! Honestly I am super happy and have nothing but great things to say about George and every single customer service team member I spoke to in the last month! I am super happy. Thank you so much! Worked with George for my EV charger install. He was great! Very patient with the quoting process, answered all my questions and provided me with different options based on my setup. Install was smooth and seamless. Once the install was done, he walked me through the setup, what was done, and (again) was super patient with my questions. The service coordinators were also great with answering my questions - fast responses and super helpful.

100% recommend Steve. We had Steve install kitchen island lighting and hallway lighting, and he did an excellent job. He’s professional, extremely good at his job, and very nice to chat with. I consider us very fortunate to have had service completed by Steve!
