It was lovely dealing with this company from start to finish. Pat and Dan were very professional and they explained everything in detail. They were curious and polite. Knowledgeable and helpful. They were also very efficient. They were also super fun.
Aire One Kitchener was amazing from start to finish. When our hot water suddenly stopped, Tarandeep came for the initial service call and was extremely professional and informative, helping us understand what was going on right away. We ended up needing a new tankless water heater, and Aire One arranged the installation incredibly fast.
Doug and Grant handled the install and were fantastic — friendly, professional, and thorough. They cleaned up perfectly and took the time to walk me through all the features of the new unit. The speed, professionalism, and overall service were outstanding. Highly recommend Aire One Kitchener!
Gaurav Narwal came to our house and did the annual maintenance of HVAC and Humidifier. He was very professional, knowledgable and genuine.
