I needed help with an issue and I couldn’t find anyone to help me. I called Green Thermal Solutions and talked to Shay. She went out of her way to help me! She called me back with a name of a technician who was willing to personally rectify the situation. I can’t imagine what I would have done if Shay did not call me back. This company exceeded all expectations from the initial phone call to the follow up. Steven is incredible answering all our questions even on sundays and holidays.He is always available to explain bed bug worries in a very professional knowledgable manner .Mark did the heat treatment and was very courteous and efficient.A pleasure working with him. All in all on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being excellent I would rate this company and their employees a 10++++++.

Steve came to our house and was very proffesional. explained everything in great detail. He is very friendly and answered all my questions. He does not pressure you and gi es you great advice.
