Please don’t go here if you value the length of your hair. I had never seen this employee work her but she was blonde and first time seeing her. I asked for a trim, she cut half my hair off. I have never been this disappointed in a haircut. Avoid here.

The stylists were polite and friendly, but the quality of the service did not match the price I was charged.
I booked a trim and highlights. I received a very quick “even-out” trim at the beginning of the appointment that lasted maybe five minutes. I then overheard one stylist tell the other that I would need another trim after my highlights were done and my hair was washed — but that never happened. After my hair was washed, it was simply styled and I was sent on my way with no final trim.
The highlights themselves were also extremely subtle and not very noticeable. I would have been fine with a soft, natural look if that’s what I had asked for, but I showed a video of how my highlights previously looked, and they were clearly visible. What I received did not come close to that.
I didn’t feel comfortable questioning the $265 charge while I was at the front desk paying, so I called the salon afterward to address my concerns. As the call was ending, I heard the stylist mutter something under her breath in annoyance, which felt very unprofessional.
Overall, I’m disappointed with both the outcome and the price. I’ve never paid anywhere near $265 for a trim and highlights, especially when the results were minimal.

My mom and I have been getting our hair done with Susan and Reeme for as long as we can remember. We highly recommend them. I get champagne balyage on my medium brown hair, my mother gets highlights on her light brown hair. We are satisfied everytime. I love to go to Reeme for my trims every couple months. My hair seems to grow so fast with her cut. They are the sweetest mother daughter duo, they’re honest and will give it to you straight based off their experience, what they think your hair needs and what would suite you better. 10/10

I highly recommend this salon! I have been coming to Golden Crown ever since I can remember getting my hair done. Hadir, Susan, and Reme have always treated me like family. There are times when I show up to my appointment and blindly trust them to do whatever haircut/colour/ style that suits me, and it always turns out looking perfect! Thank you for all the hard work and friendly conversations I have with you all!
