On second thought, No. I take it as a blessing in disguise my hair wasn’t touched by this “professional.” I show up to my confirmed appointment only to find her twisting somebody else’s hair and she’s about 3/4 done. It’s 1:30, she literally had all day to let me know something. Instead, I had already taken out my cute jumbo twists, prepped my hair for a silk press, taken a lyft to get there + back, and to top it off - I had to go to my date night with my husband with basically a fro. Not cool, you had ALL day. To give her some credit she did offer to give me a free wash and she did offer to come in early the next day - 9am! I could’ve been petty and stood YOU up but I’m better than that. Poor professionalism on your part. Value your clients time or get out the business.

The worst I have ever faced. She literally gave my appointment to someone else because she couldn’t reach out to me and then made me wait for two long hours to say she can’t accommodate me today. When I asked her why she wasted two hours and let me know when I met her at my initial appointment time. Her reasoning was she thought I won’t find anyone else this late. Girl.. I already got an appointment. Please from next time don’t waste anyone else’s time. Be transparent and professional with your services. If you prefer phone appointments instead on online ones, please do that instead of booking people and cancelling on them.Avoid this place at any cost if you are a new client and booking her online. To the response the owner has for my review, I would like to say you wasted my valuable 90 minutes by keeping me waiting outside when you already knew that you can’t accommodate me. Secondly if consultation is mandatory for your coloring services why do you allow people to book for three hours at first place. What type of consultation requires three hours?

What a great experience start to finish. Lexi-Ann took her time making sure everything was perfect. Good vibes and great talent. It was fun talking with her learning new things while getting some quality work done. She interlocked and crochet my locs which were in need of some TLC. She cleaned me up with a close fade, lined me up and shaped my beard nice. All while we jammed out with some soca and jazz vibes. Great energy, highly recommend. Will be back soon for another fix up. All the best. She’s the one ☝️
