Not only was every gentleman there kind and patient, they explained everything wrong with my car and included reports. They prioritized the repairs needed and were speedy. Definitely coming back and happy a friend referred me to them.

Downtown Auto is excellent. They take the time to explain things, provide very helpful reports before and after, are upfront about all costs. Honestly, these guys are so kind and patient when my brain gets a bit shocked about repairs (my car is aging) and they will go through the list and pick the priorities as well as identify items that can wait. Would definitely recommend!!
