There are many things to say about Chestnut Avenue Auto. All of which are positive. I could say those I spoke to communicated well, that they were timely with service, attentive to my requests, transparent with cost and options, neighbourly, kind, provided excellent work, and so on. But I think there are two things which make any mechanic standout: first, I had a problem with my vehicle, one which was a safety issue, and it is fixed well. More importantly, I know why it was fixed, how it was fixed, I knew my options beforehand, when it would be fixed by, and knew before it was fixed how much it would cost me. Very friendly admission , the service was quick and efficient, and prices was absolutely fair. They’re just the best mechanics in Hamilton and surrounding areas!! I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bob a few months ago and he’s always so kind, so knowledgeable, so funny and the best thing is they have affordable prices and they not gonna ripe you off or try to tell you staff you don’t need to do! They’re very honest people. Amazing prices and amazing team!! Thank you so much Chestnut Auto and Mr. Bob!
