Mark and his team completed a major porch renovation for us. They demolished the old concrete porch and build a new wood porch. They did an amazing job. They did everything properly including getting drawings and the permit from the city. They are skilled professionals.They also replaced all the floors upstairs and on the staircase with engineered hardwood. They installed new baseboards and repainted.I am extremely pleased with their work and will be hiring them for future projects.

Mark and his team finished our basement for us this past fall. We chose them based on a a recommendation from family, and we are so glad we did. The quality of their work is exceptional, and every contractor who came through our door as part of the project was courteous, professional, and did great work. Our basement not only looks fantastic, but is finished with quality work that will last for a long time to come. We will absolutely be coming back to Mark and his team for any future projects we have for our home!

If we could give more than 5 Stars we would! After vetting several companies, we hired Chermark to renovate our front porch and add a balcony. In this process, we found Mark & Trevor to be 2 of the most professional contractors we have ever met. Detail oriented, safety conscious, flexible and fairly priced, they were more interested in our satisfaction with the work than being in a rush to complete the job. We felt they cared about every aspect of the project and they were quick to address any concerns we had. People like to make compliments about the rare folk who go the extra mile. These guys went an extra 10. We will be hiring them again for future projects.
